Shipping policy

How long will my order take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed, ready for shipping. UK orders will take up to 5 working days. International orders will take up 14 working days due to COVID-19 delays and/or seasonal holidays.

Once your order is handed over to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use Royal Mail for shipping our orders.

International orders are passed to the destination countries local postal services.

How do I ship my order back to Primal Stag?

Once your return is approved, you will be provided a returns address.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most destinations worldwide. There are a few exceptions as we ship with Royal Mail who may have restrictions.
