Once your order is placed, you will receive a order confirmation. As soon as we pack and print your shipping label, you will receive a shipping e-mail.

As long as your order is still being fulfilled, you can make amendments by contacting support@primalstag.com.

*Please note, we are unable to amend orders once shipped.*

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is constantly changing, we want to be as clear as possible. Some questions you may have...

Please allow 1-2 business working days for orders to be processed, ready for shipping.

UK orders will take up to 5 business working days to be delivered.

International orders will take up to 14 working days.

Once your order is handed over to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package.

We use Royal Mail for shipping our orders.

International orders are passed to local postal services.

Once your return is approved, you will be provided a returns address.

*Please note returns are only accepted on UK orders.

We ship to most destinations worldwide. There are a few exceptions as we ship with Royal Mail who may have restrictions.
